Hey there good looking!

As you know, the Squash Wales team have been keeping busy over the COVID-19 period to bring you training videos and resources, access to support, funding opportunities and updating you all on the latest regulations. But what you didn’t know is that amongst all of this, we’ve been working on a brand new website.

You might be sat there thinking, why does this matter? What will it change? Well, we’ve pulled together some of the highlights to explain why we’ve been keeping ourselves quite so busy!

First off you’ll notice the overall look of the site being completely different. That’s down to softening the brand colours which has made them far easier on the eye but more crucially given them a modern twist to inspire new, young and grass roots talent to get involved with us as a passionate and progressive sports pathway.

You’ll find yourself whizzing around the site as locating information you’re looking for becomes a breeze with carefully considered content being published. Because, as much as we’d love for you to hang out with us all day, none of us really have time for that!

The new website is also host to some nifty new features such as two new pages where you’ll be able to search for coaches and referees within your area as well the original club finder option. Click the links to check them out.

Sadly due to current circumstances, we’ve not been able to list any events yet. But we’re hoping that as we move into 2021 more of what we love will start coming back to life – and when the time comes there’s a cracking new interactive calendar for you to get stuck in to.

Fear not, all of your most beloved links and pages remain:

To sum it up, our mission with the new website is to turn the Squash Wales strategy into a reality. Getting more people, more active, more often and to building a resilient squash community for all that want to get involved. That’s not forgetting our valued existing members who have been a real beacon of hope throughout the past months.

The whole team (who you can meet here) wanted to make sure that the new website did a top job of representing not only Squash Wales the organisation but Squash in Wales the sport and community as a warm, welcoming and vibrant place to be, no matter who you are or what your background is.

We think we’ve nailed it, but would love to hear what you think!
